Jana and Savannah made my day. They ran out of strawberry Matcha, so Savannah held my hand with walking me through how to order a replacement that they personally modified for me, and Jana just had the biggest smile and such bright energy. These Ladies deserve recognition, bonuses, and/or a promotion. It was very clear through their behavior and tone, that they were just happy to be of service, present, and care about the quality of service they provide.
