This is the best HTeaO in the metroplex! The staff is very helpful, friendly, courteous and if they make a mistake, they are quick to acknowledge it and they fix it. I don't live in the area but I make a point to stop here when I am near by.
Great unique place. Love the fact you can choose your own teas or you can order the special drinks. They sell bags of the good ice yes the good ice . Matcha was so good. Ill be back. Easy order on the app and pick up was so easy and convenient. Cupcakes are delicious

Really bad customer service and drinks… the employees are very young and do not care.. I ordered 3 strawberry matcha teas with cold foam. We get them often by home (Carrollton location). We had to pull up because the guy at the drive through couldn’t hear us…. After taking our order, we waited for them to load and unload a truck with water tanks.
