Mallory needs better management skills. As long as we have been customers it will be our last visit there. She should probably remember it’s a business that’s deals in customer service, and her approach to customers reflects the business.
This is the second time they have made the drink completely wrong. First time I ordered a dirty cherry poppi and it was mostly milk/creamer now very little poppi. This time I ordered the churro matcha and it was straight matcha no churro topped cream or any flavor at all. Super disappointed, someone isn’t trained properly or just isn’t caring to do it properly.
