I have been treated so badly here. I love their tea and I order 8 gallons a week but I think it’s time to stop. Came in tonight to get my tea that I always pre ordered and the on the app. Went inside to get and they told me that it wasn’t ready and I couldn’t get it tonight but he could get it for me next week. I said I need that tea tonight. I placed the order over 3 hours ago. He said I could not have it tonight. Not the first time this has happened to me. Very frustrating experience due to misleading signage and poor customer service. The menu clearly advertised two gallons of iced tea for $10, and we ordered specifically based on that promotion. The employee taking the order did not mention that the promotion was no longer valid or correct us in any way. When we reached the window, the total was higher than expected. Just had the most amazing experience thanks to Addy! I walked in so last minute needing 6 gallons and she was so helpful and knowledgeable about the flavors. And of course the tea here is always deliciouz!
