The floor is usually clean, the machines are pretty much spotless, and the tea is always fresh, however the employees here are not that great. They’ll huddle together by the drive thru window and only cater to the people there, even if there’s no line at the window. There’s only been a few times where the workers were kind. Recently, I asked for a fresh gallon of unsweet tea for my birthday reward, and the worker at the front tells me, “there’s fresh gallons in the fridge. They were made today.” They were not made that day. ... read more
