Always fast.
One MUST say NO SUGAR, if you want the unsweetened tea. This is for any establishment. Clearly said Unsweetened tea and before I pulled completely off, I tasted to be sure and it was sweetened. Then the server said to me, you said sweetened. I got a replacement of what I asked for, but their employees have to listen, or we have to say loudly NO SUGAR PLEASE.
