I Love tea! And I Love this place! My favorite: Texas Chai mixed with Peach Ginger. Not only does this place have awesome flavors of tea (sweet and unsweet), it is always clean, service is great, and you can taste all the teas before making your selection. In addition, they have coffee, iced coffee, macchiatos, lattes, and the best rewards program that offers free drinks. You can also purchase gallons here as well. I give this location a 10/10. Love the Poppi root beer float. Staff always friendly. Quick service. I only wish they had more sugar free, decaf options.
Normally I love my tea. I never really have issues. Today, my unsweet hugh had an smell. Like old or soured. All I wanted was to get another, the tea was nearly full I carried in to empty and try again. The young ladies were not the best. I stood there a few minutes and was told to just wait in a very dismissive way. Three young ladies just could of handled the simple request better. $4 plus tax doesn't seem like much to some, but for a tea that smelled like mine did, it was too much. Says they are open till 9. Yet when you arrive they will say they are closed and very rude and condescending. Tell your owner to fix the hours on google instead of having an attitude. I would recommend going to the one on golden triangle instead, super close and they have always been nice.
