Very friendly even though I got there 2 minutes before they close. Of course, the tea is top notch.

I really enjoy the drinks here, which is why this is disappointing enough for me to leave a review. Twice in the past week and a half, I placed a paid mobile order for a 7:10 am pickup (they open at 7am) and arrived on time to find the store closed with no staff present. The first time, an employee arrived about 15 minutes late without acknowledging the delay. Love the tea here
The tea is good, however, the cleanliness of the store has declined over time when I go, and they don't give you correct change when paying with cash. I have lost over $2 from cashiers who can't do math.
