Worst customer service ever I gotten free drinks because it was my birthday and we get free drinks when we sign up so I had a gallon and a huge ice tea for free and the tall guy with glasses and white and old and was being rude saying that we can get them he specifically said “it coming out of my pocket” and then proceeded to say “how about this. Yall can take the drink and leave” super rude and will be contacting HR hoping he gets fired never ever will I go to HTEAO ever again!
Such a great place to stop for a quick cool down. The selection is great and the teas are amazing! The staff is always welcoming and helpful.

I really enjoy this place! You can order in the drive-thru or inside - if you go inside, you fill up your drink yourself with any combination and quantity of each flavor that you want. The people working are always really nice and helpful. Delicious tea for affordable price. I also keep a gallon of my favorite in my fridge!
