I had an amazing experience at HTeaO, and I have to give a special shoutout to Ruby for making my visit exceptional! From the moment I walked in, Ruby was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer my questions, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect. Went by for some tea earlier today and Ruby there had great customer service.
I came down to visit a few weeks ago to see my grandma and Jasmine had really good service and was very nice and attentive. Next time I go back I hope she’s working she does the best and the drink was mixed well 10/10
