Good evening, I am writing to express my concern regarding an issue I experienced with the tumbler refill policy at the Eagle Pass location. On Friday, December 26, at approximately noon, I purchased a tumbler as a gift. Before completing my purchase, I specifically asked the employee assisting me about the refill policy. I verified twice whether the tumbler qualified for $0.15 refills in-store, and the employee clearly reassured me that it did.
