Wife loves this place
Rude employees and inconsistently closed. Sometimes only the drive thru is open. Parking lot is also a nightmare.
WORST experience I have ever had at HTeaO. We have been to so many across the State and this one had horrible service. The lobby was closed with a hand written sign that said - Lobby closed until further notice. No one took our order at the drive up. We went to the window and then they would not honor the refills on their own cups. I would not recommend this location. All others have been excellent.
