Overall good experience
The past two times I’ve gone, the service nor the tea tasted good. I went this past weekend and the tea was disgusting - tasted old and like lake water. I had to pour the gallon out I bought and the large tea. I won’t be returning.
Staff is rude, not friendly. I love the tea but the customer service is terrible.
HTeaO has become my go-to spot, and this visit sealed it. I tried the Sweet Pineapple Crush and it was so good — perfectly balanced, refreshing, not overly sweet. What really stood out was the service: Paul, the owner, came out personally to help me pick out my tea and made sure I found something I’d love. That kind of hands-on care is rare these days. You can tell this is a place run with real pride. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great tea and even better people behind the counter!
