Love the tea but this particular location told us they only give free tea to Firefighters and Police officers not EMS.

My wife and I have been coming here for quite sometime now and have never had a bad experience. Early today, at around 12:45 PM, wasn't any different at the drive-thru, where I got three 1-gallon water jugs refilled with RO water. After paying out, I realized that I had been overcharged for the refills. Upon questioning the drive-thru team member about this, as he handed me the water filled jugs, he was apologetic about his mistake and attentive in helping to get it corrected. Always great service through drive thru, walk in, or ordering ahead on app!
Tea was great as always. Normally they give free tea to first responders but was told while in my uniform that as an emt I’m not a first responder lol. Honestly wouldn’t be writing the review if the manager was more polite about it but she told us like me and my partner were trying to cheat the system. She said only firefighters and cops get to use it.
