Tracy was nice and got my order taken quickly and my items back with no real wait. The tea was good and so was the cupcake. Will definitely be back!
Ordered 2 drinks online and paid for them at 12:40 pm. Arrived at 12:55. Waited an additional 15 minutes to receive our order. Staff had not made them. Wasn't busy. Service staff was curt. Love your product, but your process and service ruined the experience.
