The young lady that helped me at the Carolina Forest office was so sweet, and professional.
Today I found out that I have been charged for a third pot since January when the technician came to fix my internet connection issue and the only way to have stable connection throughout my small house is to add a pot, but he never told me there would be a monthly charge for it. I told the customer service lady Amy at this office that they can take the pot back I since there is extra charge for it, she told me there will be a $60 something fee for them to take it back or I can bring it back free of charge.
