I walked in and was greeted by angry older woman yelling at me. I said hi, and said I had a few questions. I was genuinely curious as to whether or not their firm was the right place for my tax issues. She immediately snapped at me that thats not how it works followed by "spit it out" and that she was with a client.... I was standing in a waiting room area. I could have waited, or she could have locked the door. I'm a pretty understanding person. But there's zero excuse to treat someone the way I was treated in this office.
