Due to great frustration, I must warn you about their unethical business practices. They sold me a shower system that was missing numerous parts. When I requested a return or a refund, Ankur outright refused to help, claiming that $350 was a good price—even though the system is unusable without all the necessary components. I fail to see how this is a "good price" when customers purchase items to use, not just to display. We worked with Twinkle & HTA when we built our new home. Definitely great pricing (we shopped around at the beginning) but the service is where they stood out. Twinkle was very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. Building a new home is very stressful, but this was one area we didn't stress! Highly recommend!!
