I just wanted to mention my experience a little bit ago with the Deputy Manager I think her name was Shareen. I apologise if I spelt her name wrong but she was an incredible, kind and funny lady. She made me feel so happy coming into the store. I came to get a quote on some items that my mum had left behind, I thought if I sold the items I would get no more than £500. We were walking past the shop today with my girlfriend and she a saw a ring in the window on sale so we asked the staff member if we could see it her name was Abby I think and she initially looked at us like we were criminals or thieves after giving her our ID. They tried to debit my bank account using my credit card. I don't know the company. A criminal complaint has been filed.
Rajan was a great help to me. He took the time to carefully evaluate everything and gave me a fair price. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism.
A potential birthday gift cut short due to rude staff and what felt like racism. Was asked in a rude and unpleasant manner for ID, we forgot our id so quickly went back home to collect it. we asked the staff what time does the shop close and they said 5:30pm we reached the store at 5:10pm and the staff simply said sorry my manager said to close the store. Unacceptable customer service as the staff made us feel uneasy and worthless.
