Gert Martins is amazing ! Her Customer service is best in the mortgage broker industry! I have dealt with her and her team with a couple mortgages and she has allways very informative and helpful in getting the best rates etc! I Highly recommend her to anyone getting a new mortgage all the way to renewals etc !

If I could go back in time and get my mortgage with ANY other company, I would. Apparently they are incapable of making notes on the file to the point where you have to call back every single month, To get the same note made on the account. This is the most disorganized and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and as soon as I can take my mortgage elsewhere I will never deal with these people again. My bestfriend and her husband were trying to buy their first home Gert Martins gave them attitude and said to them “I knew when you put in the offer this wasn’t going to work” after saying they were good to go. Never recommending these guys to anyone. That is poor service and poor handling of a situation.
