Bought a cute little car, next day the car started shaking wildly. Call AA two bolts missing from one tyre and it was going to come off (one bolt was the locking wheel but so this happened before I got the car). Car was MOT the day before I bought it (dodgy MOT). My daughter bought a car from here 4 months ago, so far brake drums have caught fire, steering rack gone and other minor things. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE COWBOYS!!!!!!
Bought a car from them in December 2022. The car had an issue with the clutch so I tried to get them to take a look at it and was told the car was fine and the issue was with how I was driving the car... Took it to another garage who told me there was definitely a problem. Rang HT Car Sales back and they were sarcastic and confrontational with me so I decided to get the clutch fixed elsewhere. Buy from here with caution!!
Got a car from this garage was assured it was safe and fit to drive. The bloke who sold it to me saw with his own eyes I had two very young children and still let me drive off in the death trap. After a few days it started playing up and just cutting out in dangerous situations. Bought a used Passat from these guys. I was given time alone to inspect the car, the documents and for a test drive. The yard is rough but the staff more honest, down to earth and straightforward than any mainstream car dealership.
