Returned a defective battery for a warranty claim and they said they need 2-4 weeks to assess it. It shouldn't take more than a minute to do a battery test. When I commented that the car will now be stranded for up to a month because of this, they had the cheek to tell me I should buy another battery in the meantime. Ingrid, the robotic receptionist, kept cutting me off as I was speaking, I could hardly get a word in. Extremely unhelpful. They put a lot of effort in being exceptionally unhelpful.
