Great Results! My son got his braces off and we were impressed with how Dr. Hsu turned his ugly teeth into a wonderful smile. She and her office staff have been warm and very communicative with our son as well as my husband and I. Our daughter is excited to start her braces next.
Wonderful Docotr and Staff The doctor and staff are really nice and professional. Office decor may seem a little out of date, but Dr. Serena and her staff are just amazing. My friends also come here and they absolutely love it. Would highly recommend this place.
Best Orthodontist in town Dr. Serena Hsu is by far the best Orthodontist I have met. She's very polite and listened to all my questions. I'm not too familiar with dental terms, so she was very patient and explained everything in detail. I had my teeth straightened by Dr. Hsu after having a few other consultations from other orthodontists in the area. Braces for 14 yr old & 40 yr old I had my 14 yr old daughter's braces worked on by Dr Hsu. To kill 2 birds with 1 stone so to speak, I got my braces from Dr. Hsu as well. Both of us were very happy with the results plus the fact that our experience with Dr Hsu and her whole staff was professional and accomodating. We got our braces done almost 6 years ago but I am just compelled to post this as a "thank you" and compliment for the whole staff as a debt of gratitude.
Great Experience- Fun Office My daughter has just finished from Dr. Hsu's office and had her braces removed. Her friends at school went there and liked it, so she has been going for 2 years and the whole experience was very good. We thought Dr. Hsu was very friendly and explained everything and answered any question we had. The whole staff was really helpful and fun. My daughter is very happy with her results and my son is excited that he's next.
Great dentist .....wonderful results! All my son's friends go to Dr. Serena Hsu and I am very glad to have gone there too. I had taken my son to several orthodontists and they all recommended jaw surgery for his underbite (which I found out costs minimally $12,000) plus the cost of braces. Horrible Dentist with Even Worse Attitude - Highly Unprofessional! I absolutely agree with the reviewer who said this dentist is pompous *and* insecure. I had the exact same experience when I asked her and her assistant questions about braces for my nephew. She was belligerent, loud, aggressive, and all around rude and unprofessional. Pompous (or insecure) doctor, you decide Don't be fooled by Dr. Hsu's appearance! Although she was nice enough during my daughter's initial consultation, things soon start to change. Upon consulting with two other orthos, I called the office back when I had additional questions. The very nice and professional Candace said she would take my questions and call me back. She indeed called back, but not with answers to my questions, but to let me know Dr. Hsu will no longer accept my daughter as her patient. When I asked "why?", ... read more
Wonderful lady. Very good with kids. The entire office is very friendly and knows who you are the second you step in the office.
