I am extremely disappointed with the service at Brigham and Womens Allergy and Immunology Clinic in Foxboro. My child requires monthly allergy shots, which are critical for her health, but this clinic consistently fails to provide enough staff to accommodate patients in a timely manner. Appointments are routinely pushed back or unavailable for weeks due to the lack of nurses on hand.
