Medical care is not always the most responsive service in these days of specialization, regulations and confusion as to where to go for attention. Dr. Hsu does her best to cut through this jungle of confusion. I had a fairly serious issue the other day that she took care of with speed and efficiency. She directed me to the proper services and followed up via phone calls and appointments to set me on my way to recovery. I thank her for her care and professionalism.
