I had the opportunity to observe Dr Hsu and I must say she is a remarkable teacher. Her patience with her students and attitude with allowing them to experience on their own was amazing. I wish my teacher had been more like her.
Dr Hsu was an absolute wonderful person in speaking to me regarding the death of my wife. She couldve taken my money to do an autopsy but instead spent a few hours discussing with my daughter and I what happened based on the symptoms and why I really dont need an autopsy unless I need the exact details. She was professional and passionate about her knowledge. So much so she was willing to mentor us on the process of what happened to my wife when she passed. Dr. Hsu’s care, knowledge, and assistance were exceptional. She went above and beyond, providing me with detailed information about the biological events leading up to my mother’s passing. In fact, her insights surpassed those of all the treating doctors combined. I am immensely grateful for her expertise and compassion.
We received a preliminary report in a timely fashion. But have heard nothing since to complete the report and its been 9 months. Unresponsive and unprofessional. Avoid.
WARNING***DO NOT USE HER FOR ANYTHING***!!!Dr. Hsu was referred by Attorney, she promised 5 star service. It has been a nightmare after she got paid in full $2600. I have not heard from her, almost a year now, statue of limitations running and soon out. she has not provided results, just occasional excuses. I have asked for my money back, after requesting my mothers results and still nothing. She has taken advantage of me, disabled Veteran awaiting major surgery and grieving the loss of my Mother who was taken due to faulty ... read more
