Dr Shu is a no nonsense physician. He helped catch a serious error in the ER and kept my disese from gettting worse. He has moved his practice but it is only one hour from LB. But worth the travel.
This is the only doctor that knows how to sit you down and give it to you straight. I like his straightforwardness and he does it in a very soft way. Friends and families of mine have had surgeries done by him through tiny hole surgery and all of them were pleased. Disclaimer: I have been seeing him since 2014 until his practice moved. My insurance doesn't cover any physicians out of county :(
Anyone else find out what a HACK this man is ??
Best doctor. He is extremely detailed and up to date unlike some of the other docs. He operated on half my family but had to send my mom to stanford because she was way more complicated and needed a bigger hospital. I AM GLAD HE DID. Some docs try to get that extra $$$ but he is truly an advocate for his patients. Unfortunately, he moved his office to Hollister, but its still close enough for me. If you need an honest surgeon, go see him!
