There are no words to express my gratitude for Isaac. I am beyond impressed by his knowledge, his assistance, and most importantly (for me, anyway), his patience. I make it a point to recognize excellence and I hope Hastens recognizes what a true gem they have in Isaac. Edited to give props to Marcello, too! What a fantastic team!
This lockdown made me think back to the worst experience I had in a retail store which is here, I was approached by Ms Gabrielle who aggressively mentioned discounts and talked a lot while I tried a bed
The service by Edwin is amazing! He followed up each step of the way and made sure the delivery went smoothly. Plus he was very honest about which mattress was the best fit for me due to my back problems.
I highly recommend that you visit the Hästens showroom, and spend some time with EDWIN URUCHIMA. Edwin was very knowledgeable about Hästens' impressive manufacturing processes and how each bed gets made, e.g. all sustainably sourced, environmentally friendly, natural materials.
