I've been with HST for 4 years now, and I truly enjoy the supportive and collaborative environment. This is the worst Anesthesia record charting software I’ve ever used. It is cumbersome, delayed, not user friendly and constantly having issues. Some days it takes me over two minutes to input one medication administration due to a lag. Staring at an e-chart when you should be caring for your patient is hardly good practice. I would reconsider accepting a future job if they utilize this charting system in the OR.
I became an employee of HST 3 years ago, and in these 3 years I've been allowed the opportunity to grow immensely in my career. I'm now a part of an amazing team, collaborating across the company with the support of leadership all along the way. I'm grateful to be a part of the process of combining great talent with the means to produce a superior product to our clients!
