The first Dr. I saw at HSS gave me a shot, and immediately asked if I felt better. I said I couldn't answer, because I hadn't gotten off the table and moved yet. The Dr. got annoyed with me, and arbitrarily wrote on my computer record that I felt better. I changed Drs., but stayed with HSS. After finding a second Dr., I scheduled a follow-up appointment (which took a month to wait for), but got sick a couple of days beforehand. So good
I have been coming here for the last 6 weeks since my ACL revision surgery and have had positive experiences each visit. My physical therapist (A. Greer) is very thorough and motivating. Grateful for a seamless post-op care thus far
Be careful of buying the ‘packages’ of visits for things like personal training, massage etc. In 2020 I couldn’t use 4/10 visits and they insisted I only had 2 visits left to refund. I tried it again in 2022 and couldn’t use 2/10 visits and now they’re saying they only owe me one. Where is this extra $ going?!! This place is seriously overdue for a CMS investigation. Their billing for non-insurance covered treatment is horrendous. I don’t trust them one bit that they’re not funneling the extra $ into another account for pers... read more
