Always great work! Been working for me for years
We have used HSS for many, many, many years. That alone says what we thing of their service. And Nick, their tech is beyond outstanding! These folks really care about their service and do all to help.
Great Service
We received a prompt response for a quote adding to our alarm system. This included a site visit, review, and explanation followed by a quote for the proposed work. Once approved the work was timely scheduled and completed. Once part of the work order became unnecessary after the installation and the company has offered to credit that amount back to us.
I have used HSS in many capacities and am very thankful for them as a resource. They almost always respond very quickly and are open with me when they cannot. I have been happy with their expertise levels across several of our systems and they will always tell me when it is outside of the scope of what they can offer. This gives me confidence in the things that they do. I will continue to be a patron of this company.
