Extremely impressed with the efficiency and expertise of all the staff from scheduling the initial appointment, clearing it with insurance and the individualized attention from the physical therapist. My PT therapist, Michael Goldberg is very patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. I've already seen progress in the short time I've been there.
Cannot say enough about this rehabilitation facility and HSS facility itself. Dr. Tom and team have put me back together a few times and total care provided is without question unbelievable. Hope Y'all never have to find out, but if you do... the suite of services, facilities, nurses, staff and doctors are the best in the business.
Just completed PT with William Sun. Amazing experience. He tailored his knowledge to my needs, and was able to optimize my recovery plan post injurty.
I just completed outpatient physical therapy with a wonderful, lovely, smart and gifted physical therapist, William Sun! I cannot sing his praises loudly enough! He is bright, kind, caring, patient, creative and very knowledgeable. He will be moving to the Brooklyn HSS PT location soon. Book an appointment! You won’t be disappointed!
Not sure why many say this place is good. The care I received was beyond poor. The doctor minimized my issue and didn't even do an exam. He then proceeded to stick his thumb nail in my shoulder very very hard and ask me if it hurt. I explained I had already done physical therapy for 2 years which didn't help, doing pain management and needed another opinion about back surgery. Apparently, that meant nothing.
