A blessing to find this department exists at HSS for acute conditions. When in pain, and you can't see a doctor in the immediate future, this urgent care option is wonderful. Run efficiently, by appointment, with the friendliest caring staff - I got a thorough exam, diagnosed, advised, and a prescription for PT by my PA. Her approach was conservative and she made sure I had no other questions or concerns before leaving while assuring me that any future questions were welcome. Friendly and professional staff. Very attentive.
Ortho now was great… the after care and trying to get follow up appt was horrible!!!! Ortho now said see dr in seven days. They said someone would call and book me. I waited a week I called. They said said next avail appt 6 weeks. Offered me appt one hour away but said don’t walk on foot lol Then told me find another doctor. Terrible !!!
