Extremely helpful staff with possibly every conceivable tool under a warehouse size roof. Amazing place with amazing staff.
Have taken my Honda generator for repair and service,did a service but did not do the compleat job,first time, first time used, did not put any power out at all,complained took it back and they charged me again but again did not work again.Phoned them as stated that they this time must pick it up ,they said they would ,but they did not have had to phone them 3/4 times to arrange ,said to busy,not good enough as this is an importaint unit for emergences They did not return calls or pick the unit up from me .
