Gosh I have been thinking of coming to HSS but now I’m scared after reading all these negative reviews about getting a bill and not answering phone call , bad customer service and so on can be scary Florida has the worst medical services it’s very scary many people go elsewhere to medical professional services that is so sad .
The level of service here is truly amazing. From the moment you pull up to valet parking, you are warmly greeted at the doors and seen right away. I was treated by Dr. Connors, and he is absolutely fantastic. I have visited other facilities that simply do not match this level of excellence in service. If you are in need of a knee operation, I highly recommend this place.
Recently visited HSS West Palm Beach, and I was extremely impressed with the facility and entire staff. Beautiful, new, spotless building and very friendly, personable and competent staff. Upon entering, you're greeted by Monique at the front desk. Her beautiful and positive energy immediately make you feel so comfortable and at easte. My doctor (Dr. Roche) is the best! Overall, a wonderful experience!
