Did a good job. Friendly and efficient.
We recently moved into a house built in the 1950's, and unfortunately found that the ducts below our house had multiple leaks and rodent droppings. I obtained bids from several contractors, and ended up working with HSR. All of the team members (office staff, Sam (the guy who came to our house to give the estimate), Rafi (he was the phone contact who was very good with following through with setting up appts and the actual project), and installers (Fernando and others)) were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and timely. As always, HSR did a thorough and professional job. I can rely on them to arrive at the scheduled time and get the job done. Rafi has let me know when my gutters need repair and he has found the least expensive ways to solve any issues. I highly recommend him and this service.
