I have a ‘17 Audi Q5 with 90K miles. I love my vehicle and when I was told it needed a new timing chain, I was sad. But then HSR Automotive came to the rescue and turns out, not only was the timing chain replacement not a bank breaker, but their turnaround time was WAY quicker than I expected. I thought they would have my car for a few days, but they got it done in one. She’s been running like a dream since and no more check engine light! HSR is truly the best!!!

Always great service, Scott is honest and fair, Natalie explains everything in terms I can understand, both are transparent about repairs and costs. I have used several auto repairs shops over the years and this one is far and above the best.

Have had work performed over many years here (BMW, Audi, Mazda, Hyundai, etc.). Scott is quick, friendly, and identifies what you need---and only what you need. No BS inflating of invoice like some dealers. Knowledgeable, prompt, and communicates well. Pricing is extremely fair and work is done right. All the family's cars go to HSR.
