Scott, Natalie and everyone at HSR always provides great service. I've been a happy customer for years. They kindly reminded me that my car's inspection was due when I brought it in for an oil change, and they took care of it same day. Amazing service!
Cant say enough great things about Scott and HSR. He has been taking care of my family and I for years. Has worked on my and my families SAABs, Audis, BMWs, Subaru, VWs and I have referred him to friends as well. If you want a fair, knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic hes your guy!
We've been coming here for years and have used them for four cars, a mix of older used cars as well as newly bought. They are extremely professional, accommodating, and no nonsense. Their prices are reasonable and they have never pushed unneeded services. They always take the time to explain details of any issues they see and the service has been outstanding - no failures on any repairs they have done.
Since moving to Parksburg, I find that HSR is the best mechanic in the city, professional and fast. Very satisfied Mike Martin
