Wow, what a great Clinic! I pull up in the parking lot for my appointment and within seconds Oscar is walking to my vehicle window with a clipboard. I roll down my window, he confirms it's me and asks me to fill out the form; when I'm done, come in. I head in, Sofie is weighed, I confirm the vaccinations I want and before I know it, they're done. I used to allergic to cat so bad as growing up, i recently took the mama and the two kittens to get spay at the clinic, i have the best experience.
We’ve been coming here for 3 years now for my dog’s vaccines, and every visit has been wonderful. The process is always smooth and fast, and we’re treated with so much kindness. My dog has anxiety and usually gets very scared, but the gentleman who checks us in has a magic touch—she’ll happily go with him inside. You can tell that everyone who works here loves what they do and it truly shows in how gentle and sweet they are to both my dog, Belle and me.
They never take your phone call. So, what's the point of having a business phone number ? If you don't want to answer general information questions, why don't you say so in the automatic system ? They say: "for general information, press 0", but then say they're not available. They kept sending me a letter to my mailbox and ask for donations; but when I just have a general information question, they don't answer the phone. How do I get off their mailing list ?
