“No guns allowed” sign at your Starkey Rd outlet? Really? Average police response time is about 11 minutes. Legally armed citizens stop more active assailants than the police. Please remove it and stop trying to be woke.
Customer service is extremely poor. The website doesn't tell you when items are not eligible for flex pay, yet HSN still removes the funds from your account. They are very slow about adding the funds back!!!
The order was accidentally sent to my old address. One call to HSN representative Eartha... And my order is once again on its way to me without any question. HSN and Eartha... I hope I'm saying that right... Y'all Rock....
Ordered Birkenstock sandals but they never told me they were on back order. Called 2 weeks later and they said the sandals would be delivered by UPS by 7-19. The sandals never arrived and HSN had no problems charging my credit card. So after 3 weeks, we still do not have the sandals. Should have ordered thru Amazon. We would have had the sandals in a day.
