I have had nothing but issues between this place and my doctor.. My biggest complaint is that supposedly the person who does my territory was on vacation and would be gone for a week. Meanwhile I’m struggling for every breath. Closing at 4:00 pm is also bogus.

I have to say after reading reviews and speaking to a rotech person years ago my experience was not great. But I had an appt. recently with Andrew and Kristy and it was great. They are both very knowledgeable and personable. What a wonderful change & positive experience.
I placed my first order for CPAP supplies in April. The company issued the wrong equipment to me. I called and followed up numerous times, each time being told that the supplies would be delivered to my home at no charge. In late July the company had still not delivered, and continued to request payment for the order they got wrong. I have placed numerous calls to my local HSM office, and RoTech, and have no resolution to this matter.
