Utterly frustrated with their lack of service. They are definitely not a reliable company. I've been waiting for 6 weeks to get my heating working and they also blame the spare parts provider.
Told we'd wait a week for parts and repairs for our boiler... a month and a half later, having contacted them twice, still no idea when the parts/repairs will happen.
Terrible company; unprofessional, 5 months with a faulty boiler, ignored calls, clueless
I am 33 and in all my experiences these are the worst company i have ever used. Frankly they were expensive rude arrogant unreliable and unhelpful do try to avoid at all costs.
