Routine annual physical with Dr. Hsing Chia Pao at El Camino Health turned into over $800 in unexpected charges with no upfront cost estimate. I wasn’t informed this could happen, and the billing department was unhelpful. Very frustrating experience.
Dr. Pao is one of the best primary care doctors I've seen. He spent quite a bit of time listening to my concerns and asking thoughtful questions. This resulted in treatment that greatly improved my well being.
