Possible the most impersonal “doctor” I’ve ever encountered. Speaks at you like she’s robot reading a script. Trust me on this one…find another eye care professional.
She seemed very educated and competent as far as medical training goes. Yet, she was the most unfriendly doctor I have ever met. I would not recommend her, but highly recommend other doctors at that practice (Dr. Chow, etc.). They are far more friendly and just as helpful.
Dr. Hsieh is a highly competent surgeon. She gave me the information I needed to make my own decision about timing my cataract surgery. She and her staff explained everything well, took great care of me and assuaged all my fears on surgery days. I had a good outcome. As a clinician, she is professional and thorough. I expect to have more eye issues in the future, and I feel relieved to have such a qualified, skilled doctor on my side. I am baffled at the other negative reviews I see here. Had to go to Vancouver eye care in Salmon creek location for my son’s annual eye exam . I didn’t think that our concerns or issues were taken care of by her and her assistant .The dr was not listening to us ,kept ignoring our concerns and in a very hurry for some reason.We had to wait over an hour to see the eye doctor but she only spent extremely short period of time with us and did not give us enough answer or advice to our questions and concerns . Do not recommend.
