Was ‘shooed’ away by front desk staff when trying to ask for assistance. Why put their desks by the elevator if they are not going to assist? We were eventually assisted by a security guard in a separate building who had compassion that the employees in the Women’s health center seemed to lack
Absolutely horrendous experience. I don’t have a single pleasant thing to say about this experience or about their staff.
My 11 year old went to see Dr. Duxberry (sorry if spelled wrong) recently for pain in her back. The children's center is set up very nicely, very clean. The doctor was awesome, very relaxed and fun to be around, also very informative and knew exactly what was wrong with my daughter. She is now in physical therapy and we follow up in a few months.
i have been coming here for years and have recently been having the worst care from lots of different doctors. i was pregnant with my daughter recently and couldn’t get through to anybody anytime i needed to reschedule appointments or ask questions. no calls back. i’ve had to call multiple times over the span of two weeks just to get something rescheduled and when you’re pregnant that’s a no no. when i had my glucose test i failed and they forgot to tell me and schedule me for a follow up!! i didn’t find out until almost two... read more
