My husband went there 2 days ago because his upper was swollen. Told him he was having a allergic reaction to something. Gave him a steroid and sent him on his way. No blood work at all. So today when he woke up his upper lip looked like he been a fight and lost. So went to Memorial where they did a blood test and found he has an infection. Gave him 2 prescriptions. Thanks St. John's. He could of been on antibiotics 2 days ago.
Almost 6 hours no answers. Maybe a little less talking and sitting would have cut down the time. Disappointing.
My husband came yesterday morning, with a struggle to breathe. All the nurses where nice but, the doctor who saw my husband seemed pretty dismissive and unwilling to listen. I thought my husband may be having a allergic reaction to a medication he took so I showed the doctor the medicine bottle. But he lightly push the bottle away from him and just put it back in my bag. It would have been nicer if he had more of a listening ear instead of being dismissive twords me and my husband 🫤
