Ive had several different MRIs at several different hospitals and I have always received my results in the same day if not 1st thing the next morning. Well its been 6 days and I still dont have my results. I have called 3 different numbers to try to talk to someone in the MRI building and I only get the scheduling department. I called this number, the number on their website and the number on the visit page on mychart. They dont have a number to call to get a hold of anyone in this building. I recently had an Open- MRI at this facility. I arrived on time/pre-registered and was greeted at the door by a very friendly and professional staff member. My experience at the Open-MRI facility count not have been more positive. I am extremely claustrophobic, thus my anxiety level was very high. The MRI staff listened to me and took every possible step necessary to make me feel comfortable and secure. 13Apr26,I had order for mammogram, was told the order needed an appointment and I needed to go to the main hospital,St. Elizabeth. Went up to 2nd floor and was told appointments weren't done there,however the wonderful lady assisting was great,she scanned my order gave me a telephone number to call to make appointment. Why aren't the the assistants at this place aware of the procedure? Instead of having a patient leave go to another building( thankful buildings are on the same route) only to get a phone number. Great experience being extremely claustrophobic. I got meds from my dr for my 2nd try getting it done and it helped immensely . The tech Barbara helped a lot with her kindness and patience also. Glad its over

My doctor has faxed my referral twice. I have confirmed with this facility's staff that it was faxed to the correct number. They somehow claim they still don't have, even after giving over the 48 hours to process. Staff have been completely unhelpful and would not allow me to schedule, despite me also having a printed copy of the referral. Don't waste your time with this place.
