My doctor has faxed my referral twice. I have confirmed with this facility's staff that it was faxed to the correct number. They somehow claim they still don't have, even after giving over the 48 hours to process. Staff have been completely unhelpful and would not allow me to schedule, despite me also having a printed copy of the referral. Don't waste your time with this place.
My experience with a mamgram was horrible today my left breast underneath is black and blue. Lady was taller than I so I had to stand on tip toes she kept trying to move machine to her height. My breast hurts horribly I can't wear bra. I'm on cummidin so the bruising is more severe. I won't go back here and I am informing my Dr sending her pics.
I had an appointment set on Fri late in the afternoon. I was the only one in the waiting area when the lady came out. The first thing I noticed is she seemed stunned and hesitant towards me. We go to the back she sits my clipboard down on the counter immediately and direct me right to a locker. She questioned me and tell me to lay in the machine. Needed to have a MRI of my hand St Elizabeth's Hospital couldn't get me till the end of the week call Mid-America at 8 a.m. they told me they can see me the same day at 9:30 they were fantastic
