My doctor has faxed my referral twice. I have confirmed with this facility's staff that it was faxed to the correct number. They somehow claim they still don't have, even after giving over the 48 hours to process. Staff have been completely unhelpful and would not allow me to schedule, despite me also having a printed copy of the referral. Don't waste your time with this place.
My experience with a mamgram was horrible today my left breast underneath is black and blue. Lady was taller than I so I had to stand on tip toes she kept trying to move machine to her height. My breast hurts horribly I can't wear bra. I'm on cummidin so the bruising is more severe. I won't go back here and I am informing my Dr sending her pics.
Had a MRI done on my shoulder Wednesday April 5th, 2023 in the early evening. The appointment was right on time and it was all done very professionally! Kate was very accommodating and compassionate about my issue.I would highly recommend this place to a friend or family!
