The workers are there are very nice and friendly make you feel like home and I like the fact that they prefer you a little snack and some coffee or hot tea.

I was nervous about going to a hospital I’m not familiar with but I’m a truck driver and it was an emergency so I called first the nurse registrar that answered the the phone was the same one that checked me in and her customer service was delightful not only was she very polite, friendly and helpful but she make me feel so welcomed! I will never forget Ms. Linda thank you and may God continue to bless you!!!

So many things were ridiculous at the Emergency Department this morning when I brought a patient in to be seen, for severe abdominal pain! Things were made even worse when I called the director to report the issues so that she could address them, rather than going public with the issues. Upon arrival, we were checked using by the receptionist, and went to the waiting room. We were taken back by a nurse and met at the room by who I assume was an E.R. Tech.
