Love the staff and my doctor, but i guess they have a hard time mailing out bills or calling to collect payments, because i never have until i got a call from a collections agency today. Not thrilled about that.
Dr. Bereda is a piss poor doctor. I will not go into deep medical detail about his negligence towards me. But do know he will not do his diligence on being a through and caring doctor. Zero follow up, delays on every referral, no follow up and placement and you will have to put your medical concerns first. Instead of caring for you and your concerns and health, this organization will NOT service you.
The HSHS Medical Group facility in O'Fallon is very clean and organized. My appointment was scheduled online and I received several reminders with instructions to arrive 15 minutes early. There were a few people in the waiting room when I arrived and I was greeted by reception as soon as I opened the door. The up front staff was very friendly and set me up quickly without having to complete any lengthy paperwork.
