I am very disappointed with the level of communication and care provided by this office. I was prescribed a new medication through a MyChart message without any phone call or proper explanation of the medication, potential side effects, or instructions. This left me unable to ask important questions about a medication that directly affects my health. I came here to try to find a new Dr. Had numerous obstacles such as unknown construction blocking my normal routes. They claim they give 10 minutes to be late. However in my Chart they decided to refuse to see me at 8 min. in. One star because I was forced to. Lack of giving a crap is amazing. Btw it was the nurse practitioner decision.
My doctor pcp here is one of the best down to earth, honest, genuine and caring, give them a try! You might find it's the best around
