Billing is a joke. The first bill that I got was in a txt massage and after it was pass due, i call them to find out that they didnt update my address and was told that bills was going to the wrong address. The next txt I got was new detail bill that cant be viewed. Call them again and was told that all billing was in txt massages and was not getting paper bills , they had to change that because I cant. I don't understand why I can't just call my doctors office directly. When I call them I'm sent to a call center. Who then has to take my request and send a message to my doctors office. Then it's a series of missed calls, voice messages and ultimately turns a simple request into an hours ling ordeal. Everytime I actually get my doc office on the phone it usually takes less than an hour and a half.
Billing experience was a nightmare!!! 100% do not recommend. Several folks in billing advised not to pay until all the disputes were settled and they sent my outstanding bills to collections!!!!! What a joke!!!
Went to them as a new client and they wanted to do a round of "routine blood work". We went through giving blood, I thought they took quiet a lot for a normal blood work. Few months later got a bill for almost $3000... Fought this for 6 months with insurance and the doctor office. Then I was billed $157 for a VIRTUAL visit, where he just told me my test results that lasted 5 minutes. Was the same price as going to the clinic...
